- When you send the information of your reservation and the data of your credit card we charge 20% of the total of the reservation cost. That will guarantee the readiness for you, and for us the occupation.

- The reservation is not guaranteed when you send the form completed , until the transaction is approved by the bank and the hotel confirms the availability, moment in which we will send an e-mail with the confirmation and reservation data.

- If the reservation had to be annulled by some reason, we reimburse 100 per cent of the amount paid if cancellation is made at least one week before the day of the arrive. In the event of not having any notification it will be charged the total amount of the reservatedn days or one week.
The notification has to be made sending a mail to the adress of the the hotel reserved or to info@uxlabil.com or by telephone.

- The previous conditions apply for three Uxlabil hotels.
